The shipping costs included in your order consist of the postage and packing, we will not be responsible for any taxes or additional rates due to customs and import rates in your country.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the items. General rule is that it is better to order multiple items at one go, as then you’ll save a lot on shipping as only the first vinyl is quite expensive (but true postage costs). If you overpay on postage we’ll refund you the difference.
If you would like an exact quote for shipping before ordering multiple items then you can mail us with your wish-list, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

Goods will be delivered without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the sale.

Generally we ship within 3 business days and delivery (depending on the courier) averages:

EU – 7 days
Rest of the world- 21 days to 6 weeks

Return Policy

Customers will have 14 days to cancel an online contract for no reason, free of charge. The 14 days will start on receipt of goods (where goods, or goods and services, are purchased) and on the date of the contract (where services are purchased).

The customer will be responsible for returning the goods unopened to our return address.

If a contract is cancelled during the cooling-off period, provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of the customer giving notice of cancellation, the supplier must refund:

the price within 14 days of the cancellation date.

Note: Shipping costs will never be refunded!
